In 2016 YAT Industrial Park was fully operational, located in Jiaxing Zhejiang with onvenient transportation and industrial supporting facilities. The first phase of the industrial park covers 170000m. There are Plastic Injection factories, production workshops, laboratories, electronic factories, motor factories and R&D center in the park. In Jiaxing factory, YAT mainly produces garden tools, power tools and smart tools.

In 2008, the YAT laboratory was authorized by third party certification agencies like TüV-RH, TüV-SüD,ITS,CSA, etc. as a "witness laboratory". In 2010, the laboratory was awarded “National Laboratory” by the China National Accreditation Committee for conformity assessment. In 2011, the laboratory was awarded the "Zhejiang Export Inspection and Quarantine Laboratory Evaluation of Enterprise Certificate" by Zhejiang Import-Export Inspection and Quarantine Bureau, in fulfillment of testing on power tools, garden tools and gas products. The laboratory has the capability of performing numerous tests on power tools, garden tools, chain saws and gasoline mowers to include: rise, safety, life, salt spray, environmental, EMC, and emissions testing.

The company's lithium battery technology has become a leading position in the industry and is in line with international standards. Next, the company will continue to increase R & D and equipment investment, and build the electronics factory into one of the core advantages of YAT. The electronics factory mainly produces lithium protection PCB, brushless controller, soft start eletronics, batteris and chargers. The battery packaging line in the factory built by YAT can complete 3000 battery pack packaging in 8 hours which improves the efficiency of 50% on the basis of traditional packaging line, and the quality of products is better guaranteed.

With daily output 58000 units (Garden Tools 38000 units/ Power tools 10000 units/ Battery & Charger 9000 units/ Robotic Products 1000 units), YAT can meet the delivery time of our customers to the greatest extent.
